Afrihost Air Mobile - Support

I have heard great things about Afrihost Air Mobile.

I tried to Signup for Airmobile

I entered my Card details for airmobile

My Capitec Card Authenticated With Afrihost Air Mobile.

Afrihost servers Gave an Error on the Payment Platform Success Return.

- since then

- Whatsapp Support said Accounts will contact me

- Followed up with Whatsapp support to find out why I haven't been contacted. got a garbage response that yes there is a error, and they know about it, but I must jump through hoops because they can't fix the payment page error.

- I am Locked out of my Afrihost client Portal account, so the only way to log a support ticket is via the External Channels and not internal client zone channels.

- My Client zone is locked out because they need a copy of my ID

- Sent Copy of ID

- No Response,

-Sent follow-up if they received my ID, no response.

I have been trying to get signed up for almost a week. so I am, resorting to this.

I have Tears in my EYES

I am on my Knees

I am Begging you PLEASE

What must I do to be worthy of Afrihosts attention?

Its been a battle. Im days into signing up.cumbersome to say the least
