Afrihost and Openserve do not work!

Great at replying to technical issues but pathetic at solving them. Internet keeps dropping, speed is very slow etc. I have contacted Afrihost on numerous occasions. I waste an hour a day having to contact Afrihost technical support. Every time they ask me to run some of the same tests and the same procedure to "fix" the issue. internet works for a few hours and goes back to the rubbish later. If Afrihost is in the top 3 service providers then I'd hate to know how bad others are that are ranked below them. Or is there a disconnect between them and Opsenserve. Because none of them is fixing my problem. I work from home and am loosing out on productivity because of having to figure this out.
Afrihost says they can't find a fault from their side and Opsenserve says the same. Opsenserve won't even have the decency to come to check my installations to ensure all is correct.

Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are experiencing. Have you tried to connect to the ONT directly and then checking if the speed is still an issue? We don't get many Openserve speed related issues and their network is usually pretty good.

If you get a chance do you mind sending me any ticket numbers you might have and your clientzone email address in a private message so I can follow up and check what the issue might be with your line.
