afrihost and RICA issue

I'm trying to apply for a CEll C LTE. But Afrihost won't accept my rates and taxes invoice. As it does not match my current address. I am renting a garden flat. And own a flat in somewhere else. This does not make sense as I have given proof of residence, as required by RICA.
They say ......

I checked the documents and they are regrettably not valid, please see below what constitutes validity:

1. The document must be addressed to you
2. Must not be older than 3 months
3. Must reflect the address you put on the order
