Afrihost, I love you to bits, and appreciate that you don't want us incurring huge MTN data bills, but an SMS every hour to remind us is a bit of overkill. Please make 'em stop!!
Just for interest's sake. I have never recieved any SMS's regarding my remaining data on my ADSL or Mobile. But, recieved one of those APN smses the other day for the first time. I was connected to my Uncapped WiFi...

Notifications on usage should be able to be setup via the ClientZone![]()
They are set up. Don't work though
There shouldn't be any reason why it won't work.
Please PM me any ticket references numbers you have open and I'll check this out.

AfriGuy - this isn't notifications on usage. I have an APN package with you, which is currently "on hold" -- so not using it and not being billed for it. I was getting the messages on Friday, which stopped over the weekend and Monday, but today they are back again. One just after 8 am and another just after 9 am.
It goes along the lines of .. We've noticed that you haven't connected to your APN Mobile data for 8 hours. You may have reverted to an old setting & you could be on another mobile data network. Please check your APN settings......
Now it's great to send an sms reminder to assist people whose setting may have changed, but why every hour and why when my APN account is currently "on hold"?? It's annoying and I can't find anywhere to change this particular notification.
