Afrihost App update

So I would like to get some feedback on the Afrihost App and the update that was rolled out on the 14th of July.

Do you guys like the updated UI? What works and what does not work. What can be improved on the app?

Keen to hear some feedback. :)
 
I like the fact that more is visible on the front page - e.g. on AirMobile I can see remaining data as well as airtime for each of the connected SIMcards on the same page
 
I like the suggestion. Will pass that on to the team. ;)
Otherwise it is much better. Fortunately I have a big screen, so I can imagine for people with bad sight the small fonts might be an issue.

But on my phone it looks great. Data usage is finally much better grouped and I can clearly see how much night time and normal data I have left.

Everything else is super straightforward and looks stunning.

Well done to the design and developer team.

One more suggestion:

Is possible to have a status bar (pull down menu) summary on data usage?

Yeah man, looks good. Subbed my area to network fault notifications.

Will also add some clients too. Noice.

Unfortunately Vuma Reach usage does not display in the app or clientzone yet. We have some exciting changes coming to Vuma Reach clients so don't feel left out. Keep an eye on info mails that get sent out directly to Vuma Reach clients when these changes will take place. ;)
 
Is the app zero-rated?

Right now when I'm out of mobile data I switch over to mtn apn, buy R10 data via FNB (FNB is zero-rated but only seems to work via the mymtn apn), log in to afrihost clientzone via browser, buy data and then switch back to afrihost APN. And then rest for 10 minutes because that's a lot of work.

The app should be zero rated on the afrihost apn. This is to allow for topups ect if that is not working please do let me know.
 
@AfriNatic ,invoice view does not work.

Click on an invoice, It opens vir a split second, loads for a second and the just go back to accounts.

Also don't see an App Bug Report option

I also get the same bug. I will report it to the team. Thank you for bring that to our attention.

You can always select get help > email/online >Ticket Type scroll down to Mobile App > Relect Reason Bugs
