Afrihost bad service.

Some of you guys were telling the truth about afrihost bad service and i didn't believe you, now it has happened to me.i have data i cant use for 6 days now and my emails are being ignored.

Are you use the correct apn? Apn needs to be set to afrihost (if I remember correctly) with no proxy server.

Apn settings are correct,i double checked on their website.

What happens if you select the APN. Does the 4G go away? If you are a new user then maybe the simcard was not provisioned correctly for the afrihost APN. Ask them to request a re provision
