Afrihost blocking Peer to Peer?

Hey guys.

I am wondering if anyone else is having the same problem I am having.

I have a 4meg uncapped line with Afrihost. My line is running fine, but im almost certain I am being blocked/heavily throttled when using peer to peer services like Utorrent. Currently, im trying to download a file with 3456 seeders. I am getting a whopping speed of 4kbs on this line, or 10kbps if I am lucky. I have checked my line(no fault). I have checked my settings and reset ports, but I still have this issue.

Now, I dont download alot. I had one month where I used a fair bit, due to digital downloads when purchasing xbox one games. Is anybody else expweriencing this problem?

Which ISP would you recommend for a similar price?

Yip. That happened to me when i just got my line. Have a business account and line optimization was active, turned it off and tadaa
