Afrihost Business Uncapped Unshaped Issues

Hi,

Has any other users of the above account been getting terrible speeds for download protocols.

For the last 3 months Afrihost shapes my line during business hours. I query and they deny. I send them tests and they still can't correct it. I find their service terrible these days since the merger.

Plenty people been moaning for months already, nothing new.

Yip. my youtube has been crap the past 4-5 months. (i'm thinking that it is shaping of some sort... or simply not enough capacity on their network to accommodate every business user)

My bet is on Capacity in CPT is not enough.
