We initiated a WhatsApp chat this weekend for assistance on our domain... No telephone support over a weekend...
It's been 1 hour since and no response ?????
We have since lost the customer because we could not get his email...........................
We are running a business here and we can't get support over a weekend.

I have since received WhatsApp support an hour later, the first line of support could not help us and said sorry, we were to redirect our complaint higher up. I would have expected the consultant as first line of support to have escalated our complaint and not tell us to do it ourselves. So much for support for business clients over weekends.
It is my experience the male consultants are just plain lazy. When I speak to female consultants, man, they go the whole way to help you get your problem sorted. I have in July spoken to 3 male consultants, calls never lasted longer than 5 mins with problems not resolved, with the 2 female consultants, my calls last about 30 mins and 55 mins. Our problems were resolved by the female consultants
