Afrihost Capped DSL Feedback

Morning, any feedback on the Openserve outage in Cape Town as mentioned on Afrihost network status page ?
Hello. We have not received feedback yet, the NOC Team is actively working wirh Openserve to resolve the outage as soon as possible.
 
So network status page no longer lists the Cape Town Openserve fault, it is also not listed on the Resolved tab.

Any ideas on how long I'm still expected to wait for connectivity ?

I currently have fixed LTE with you guys, and I have a Static IP with my ISP Fibre connection.
Is there a way for me to get a Static IP for my Fixed LTE as well? As I require my IP to be Whitelisted on devices for work purposes, Is this possible for LTE packages? As when there is Fibre issues, work must go on, and a Static IP on LTE would help for those cases.

Hello. Unfortunately, no we don't offer Static IP address for Fixed LTE.
 
Hi Afrigirl. My internet speeds are dropping for some reason. I’m on 50 but I’m getting 20-30Mbps.

Is it dropping both on LAN and wifi connection?
 
There was a service change logged for last night till this morning.

We are checking with Vuma.

Edit:
There is maintenance scheduled for today.
