Afrihost CAPPED message when there's data available

Why are we still dealing with this capped 'No data when there's data available' problem?

If my data reaches some minimum amount my connectivity ceases to exist and I need to contact AH for a reset. I don't want to send another pm or log another fault - I'd prefer that you just fixed this technical issue but after so many years I can't imagine it's ever going to get fixed. This happens on both my SIMs - the one in my router for data and the other in my phone.

Right now it's easier for me to just get a topup than try get hold of AH.

Another person on the last page of the AH Mobile thread:
Last month I got the capped message and had data left on clientzone, I imagined that the clientzone was just old info so topped up.

Same here for yesterday and today, I see the network health is not looking good.

I'll log an issue once their systems are back up
 
Morning everybody. :) There was a technical glitch in the network this morning which caused a false Capped message to be displayed for certain clients. This has since been resolved. If you're still seeing this message, feel free to drop me a PM with your details and I'll run some fixes. :)

How many years is it now and you still haven't fixed that?
 
I think you should change the capped message to include that it may be an (another) error as how many people go and buy more data... I have in the past

I suspect this part of their system is located out of phase with our dimension and their engineers have lost the coordinates.
 
So this isn't ever getting resolved, is it?

We're working on a fix. :)
The AH reps here are great but please, I'm not a donkey in need of a carrot. AH have been saying 'we're working on it' since day one. It's been how many years now? When the AH MTN merger was announced one of the issues brought up was this capped nonsense and yet again there were comments from AH about resolving it.

4 years later with the same problem isn't working on a fix.
It's having no idea what's wrong.
