Afrihost Capped Stability

i am a capped user with afrihost , 10mb line in the last 9 weeks line stability is crap getting under 0.5 mb. support ticket responses are a joke , whats the best part is that i tested my brothers account and it works fine( i referred him to afrihost).

If you have tested the account and it works perfectly, then I would say that it sounds like a line or router/networking issue on his side and has nothing to do with Afrihost.

A good way to find the issue may be to take a look at some path ping or mtr results (Maybe to a local site such as MyBroadband) and the ADSL line stats.
