After creating a ticket, it still shows "You have no Support History". A few minutes later I receive the automated e-mail with the support ticket details.

I wonder how many people (like me) end up creating duplicate tickets.

I was in the same boat last week, thought the ticket wasn't being creating until I received about 20 emails.

This happened to me as well, i ended up creating like 13 tickets for the same problem

Yeah, after some back-and-forth, I eventually got a coherent response to my query. It's amazing how most support staff just read the first half of the first line of your query, and then shoot off a generic response to it.
