Please could you explain to me why my speed has dropped from over 3.50 mbps in the evening to 0.90 mbps during the day. i have been shaped 18.8 % but that does not explain why i should be getting speeds of a 1 to 2mbps line when i am paying for a 4mbps line and internet speed. I am downloading the Pre-ordered COD Advanced warfare from steam and its gone from downloading at 3.50+ to less then 0.90. I really can't believe its going to take me 3 days to download the game. My friend has already finished downloading it on his 2 mb/sec line with telkom. Please assist!!
