So it seems, Afrihost in another brilliant (read stupid) more to improve (read worsen ) customer service has not stopped sending automatic invoices and it you have to now log in to the client zone and download it yourself.
Ok so I'll admit this might seem a little petty but it's not really. Not went it comes to businesses.
We have a host of suppliers, supplying all manner of IT and communications related services on contract. Now if all of them start doing this stupid process that means a day of production is going to be lost just so someone can log into all the service portals and download an invoice that all these companies have the technology to send out automatically anywhere.
So they have gone from a zero effort solution to one that requires extra effort on their customers side. A great step in wrong direction.
Adobe has to be the worst offenders of these, you log into your account and then have to re-enter your password again to get to the invoice because you're accessing sensitive info.
I wouldn't have an issue with this in my personal capacity as I rarely look at the invoice unless there is something unexpected, but for a corporate where every invoice for every service has to be sent to accounts every month it's a pain in the ass.

The reason I posted this here, was hoping others could share their frustration and maybe Afrihost would get the message and restore the old system.
