Afrihost data only for MTN contracts?

Would like to know if Afrihost data is only available to MTN customers?
This is if I have a MTN sim and APN settings

Yip, you can sign up for this on the Afrihost site or in your Afrihost Clientzone. You'll need to configure the afrihost APN on your phone which takes all of 13 seconds.

My Afrihost mobile has been misbehaving of late though

Hi :)

The APN functionality is limited to MTN contract subscribers for now.
 
If you are on Prepaid, the MTN OneTime costs are pretty close to Afrihost deals if you do the once off payment for 6 or 12 months of data.
