Afrihost Data Remaining Problem ?

Afrihost please help.
At my age this is very mind boggling and the brain refuses to compute
Last month we did it by PM's which did not make any sense what so ever so this time I'll try on the forum.
I have no idea what my remaining usage is atm!
I have a 50+50 GB capped account but I get the following results on my ClientZone.

Below tells me I have used 20% and have 321 Gigs remaining, mmm very cool!

Below tells me with one statement that I have 160 GB left and the next it says only 9.33 + 1.00 = 10.33 GB, wtf ?

On the other account below I get the same message.

So now which is it, at what point am I going to get capped, 321 gigs, 160 gigs, 10.33 gigs or 20.66 gigs ?

According to my app below I have approx 55 gigs left ?

You did not include your 100Gb AfriThanks data. It is 100Gb on AfriGreen and 100Gb on your capped account.
There is however an error with the Total data remaining calculator and you can only use half.

The 321GB accounts for your afrigreen account - you can ignore/subtract this account.

Yup, LaraC and kl13 are correct, AfriGreen adds another account of the same type to your account, which will basically double that available data, and then AfriGreen Users receive the 100GBs of AfriThanks data on top of that.

This will all go back to normal once the new network is ready and rolled out.

So basically i must ignore anything to the right of the display.

AfriGenie, just a question here, once you guys have decided to go with whatever new network, will we all automatically be on that network or will everything stop and I have to re-address my modem for the Afrigreen network for example ?

So basically i must ignore anything to the right of the display.

The AfriThanks data was only added to the AfriGreen account I believe.

When the time comes for the switch-over, we will make it as easy for our Clients as we possible can be. We will let everyone know well in advance when we start the full roll-out.
