So im in abit of a fix and could do with some advice on this situation.
Person x who used to import and distribute a product has now closed down. (after a few months)
While running his business, he registered a domain for the product with afrihost.
I now have a client, who is now the sole importer and distributor for the above product.
Problem is, afrihost will not transfer the domain unless Person x pays his outstanding balance.
Ive poned Person x and he says he does not owe afrihost any money.
The domain is currently "NOT PAID" second invoice - so this will take awhile to be deleted.
The domain has the same name as the tld version of it, eg, www.product.co.za and the tld is www.product.com
How do I get afrihost to transfer the domain?
