Afrihost down two days.

Hi,

Been without internet connectivity for two days now. Funny thing is my neighbor uses Afrihost via octotel as well and seems to be working fine. But the pits is that support has no technical support to offer. What's going on at afrihost?

Anyone has any ideas? Anyone else down as well? Rebooted a few times, thinking about kanually adding a static IP since it's not receiving the dhcp address. All ports green on the ONT except the LAN and the ALM.

had no luck with all avenues. called in a few times as well. their calls are also dropping on their side, so you end up holding for 15mins, but the call has already been dropped 10mins earlier
 
We are aware that certain clients on Octotel, Frogfoot and Vuma GPON CPT is not getting DHCP leases.

We are working on mitigating high volume broadcast storms originating from 2 FNO's in CPT.
