Afrihost Easter Promotion - not getting my discount.

Afrihost Easter Promotion issue sorted

I collected all 5 of the easter egg things on their website, then signed up for a new 5gb capped account, but to my surprise I found out they billed me anyway. I phoned, and they didn't want to help me and said I must email them at their accounts department. I did that but they are just saying "you did not collect the easter eggs."

False Advertising? Glitch? Either way this is not what I was promised with the promotion.

[EDIT] Sorted it out with tech support, which I found to be very good I might add.
