Is anyone else really P*ssed off with the speeds they are receiving on the Capped account? this is inacceptable. It has been like this for the past two weeks.

Stay away as far as you can from them. They're current setup is unlawful, it's against the ISPA code of conduct, they advertise a false product and they deceive their customers in any way possible. They're a no-go!
