I signed up for Afrihost on Saturday evening 8pm. Sent through a copy of my ID immediately, and 10 minutes later I got a response from a chap at Afrihost with my account activated!

When I ran out of my 2gig cap I topped up, and my bandwith was immediately available.

Love the service (top notch) and ability to top up as and when you wish, not to mention the amazing prices - R14 a gig!

I run a 4meg line and get really fast downloads.

Nothing to complain about.

Cannot believe, I just bought some top-up not even 2days ago, and the didn't have the special running.
Oh well, guess i had to just buy more. :-P

I joined last month and so far no complaints.
Activation was almost immediate.
 
I started with prepaid and was happy then moved to debit without a problem but this month I was billed twice and my bank reflects 2 transactions. I received 2 GB instead of my 1GB so I was billed for an extra 1GB I did not ask for, Afrihost removed the 1GB after I pointed this out but I still need to be refunded.

I need to be refunded ASAP so i can topup on that special.

Browsing is a bit slow at times. I'm on a 4meg line. But when I download I get 520kb/s no problem.

Just remember that R14.50 is a Topup Special. But R29 is also Brilliant.

Now if only I could convince my boss that R89 is unacceptable from Mweb.
 
yes - been slow this whole week intermittently for me (on international) - local seems fine.
