Anyone know how long upgrades take on line speed?
initiated an upgrade Wednesday, followed up Friday and was told it should be done end of work day. Contacted support this morning and was told its still pending, I must follow up this afternoon.
Tried again this afternoon and the support agent only then initiated an upgrade (pro rata rate was billed and my profile on the client side updated to the new speed)
I have since restarted my ONT twice and stuck on the original speed. Does the upgrade need to pushed to the FNO and if so what is the turn around usually?
I would think once I am billed I should be getting the new speed.
