Afrihost Fibre Activation pop-up

HI there, hope I selected correct category for this topic.

We just went live yesterday with Afrihost Fibre (metrofibre), have my own router with 2 WIFI extenders (old router I use) but we keep on getting the Afrihost Fibre Activation pop-up on the other routers.

Contacted their helpdesk several times, they clear something and it works for 10 min again, then the constant pop-up for Activation starts again.

Internet is working, but we constantly re-directed to this pop-up.

We activated it 3 times now successfully.

Any idea what cause this, or how to get around it.

Any whelp would be highly appreciated.

Can you confirm how you have set these devices up?

IF you get the login page all the time it means that our DHCP is seeing different mac addresses and that should not be happening.

Can you send me a pm with your email address so I can have a look for you?

Maybe the OP is using the ONT as a hub and has his routers that he's using as access points mistakenly plugged into it.

Sometimes a faulty or misconfigured router leaks the mac addresses to the ONT and our DHCP servers sees these new mac addresses asking for a lease. We always advise not to have any bridge mode setting enabled for WAN to prevent this from happening.
