Hi All
Recently, Afrihost launched their R4000 fibre promotion. I have a telkom fibre line that has actually never worked. I have been trying to cancel for 3 months already, and out of my frustration with telkom, decided to transfer the line to Afrihost.
I happily signed up for my line to be transferred from Telkom to Afrihost, only to find out a month later, that I have to cancel the line and inform them of when the line is cancelled etc. All good, if they have informed me of this the day I signed up.
Upon enquiring, Afrihost replied that transferring the line will take up to 21 days, after cancellation.
Has anyone gone through this tedious transfer of a fibre line? What has your experience been?
