Afrihost- Frogfoot slow fiber

hey folks

So today i noticed that my connection is much slower than usual and being in cpt no fiber issues showing for my part of the country..
using 500/500 and getting these sort of speed tests:

Whereas just after the double upgrade (1gb) i was getting these speeds:

someone please explain as its a bit anoying specially as the speeds arent supposed to have dropped yet and not by so much either as my current speedtests are for a 100mb line not a 500mb line as this is before the upgrade:

so it seems the issue ended up being hardware.. my old switch (network hub) has given up.. speed is back and working again thru the fiber router.

sorry to bug you again.. im having a similar issue just this time not hardware related as you'll see on my upload speed.

cant see anything about frogfoot berglviet anywhere its dropped by 50x the speed.
