Afrihost gone done it again . Connectivity issues

So after more than 3 weeks of struggles i have decided id come to the community for suggestions.
Maybe someone out there has a smart answer or a magic solution .

Over the past few weeks ive been having consistent Speed issues .

To set the stage , herewith a speed test that was done a few minutes ago

My first ticket was logged 28/10/2024 , This ticket was closed as issue resolved .. Imagine my surprise when i phoned to get an update on the ticket.
I told the agent that this was not the case , and was informed that i h ad to wait another 48 - 72 hours ........ here we go ..

This is after already going through this exercise with them ....

and got another new Ticket ....

Every time i follow-up i get to to wait 48 - 72 hours .

I'm Skipping the rest as its more of the same , Please test again
please wait 48 - 72 hours , i spent about 8 hours on the line with support agents re-running all these tests .. over and over again . .. same Sh$t , Different day ....

So Fast forward to today 2024/11/14

I woke up to this E-Mail ...

What results do you get with LAN cable direct to ONT. Seems like you are only testing via Wi-Fi. It could be the Wi-Fi or the router. Connect direct from your computer to the ONT and then do the tests?

The client did submit the correct tests for the tickets logged, and there is still an issue with their upload speeds.

All test were done over LAN
 
Your first speed test result. Shows us a wifi connection 2ndly what is your actual line speed 3rd this is a public form so try not give out personal info on the screenshots
 
cool so the upload is the issue. Afrihost will sort it out, could also be router related is it their router or yours?
Had the sams upload issue with Afrihost. Tried 3 routers. Same issue. Used different cables and reset everything 10 times or more
