Afrihost Hosting Alternatives

Can anyone actually recommend any hosting alternatives for Afrihost. Their service has become rather lacking to say the least. And their constant downtime is actually causing us business, as we've lost a few clients because of the constant downtime on their emails. Any recommendations(other than 1-grid) would be appreciated. As we host email services for a lot of lawyers and the constant downtime from Afrihost and server issues has become unacceptable.

Their email support has also become pathetic, with contradictions and stuff that looks like it was written by LLMs which is useless and not helpful at all.

I've been looking into Domains, that is on our shortlist. Figured I'd ask here for more recommendations. It's really a shame with Afrihost, as their service used to be fantastic. But the last 6 months or so, I've seen a steep decline in the level of service and uptime and lately we have more downtime than up time. And email support has become useless, because the replies are just a bunch of English that is barely comprehensible and/or no solution to the problem

Are you looking for a reseller "shared hosting service" or a dedicated mail-only service? The latter option comes at a slightly higher cost and is usually priced per mailbox, but does offer greater security/isolation.

AWS or Azure ?

Reseller hosting with our own server for mail and web hosting
