Afrihost hosting and domain support or lack thereof

Anyone have any reliable direct contact method for anyone to assist at Afrihost with regards to hosting and domains? Trying to deal with an issue but their support via email, WhatsApp and contact number is absolutely pathetic.

I have a supposed email address for Gian Visser but either its just some generic or he doesn't give a damn.

I received an email response again from your incompetent support agent, for now I will leave his name out of the thread. Please can you deal with this query with some urgency as you can see I have been struggling for days with this issue.
