I’ve been waiting a month for a dsl installation and still nothing, Openserve says they need a CBS order

We have escalated the matter to Openserve as the order is stuck on IT Event. A second order was also placed but it's also stuck on IT Event.

Spoke to Telkom and my guy at openserve they need the CBS number
