After getting my LTE modem this morning I was excited to start using my LTE modem but this all turned sour very soon. Installed SIM in modem powered on and no service. Logged call with Afrihost and they said the SIM must be enabled for LTE and can take up to 72 hours....why didn't they enable the SIM for LTE before sending it to me? Then tried to set modem for 3G only but it won't connect to the internet. Logged 2 calls with Afrihost and phoned them as well but still no internet. When I try to connect it's coming up with connection failed profile invalid. Checked the APN settings and it's set to afrihost and confirmed with Afrihost support that it is correct. I feel like cancelling the contract because this is really poor service!!!
