Hope you are well. Today I received a message asking me to rate your company’s service, so here it is.

On the 1/12/2024, I gave my cancellation notice to my then ISP CISP. (Vumatel FNO)
On the 27/12/2024 I applied for new fiber service with AfriHost.
As of today, I still haven’t received my activation/service after many tickets logged and phone calls made.

AfriHost should have a more efficient uptake procedure for customers like myself, who want to support your company.
However, it’s rather difficult to do. Your marketing team/budget as got me to change to your company, only to be let down by
Operations. Please do better, I still want to support your Company.

I live with hope, for now. 😅 (To be older and less wiser, is a curse).
 
@Afrigirl I’m happy to report all problems are resolved and I’m happily giving my money to AfriHost.

Now do I dare to upgrade, and take the risk of another delay…🤔

Afrigirl is on leave, once you request the upgrade, shouldn't take long before FNO applies the upgrade :)
