We have lost one of our international links. In order to mantain a decent service to priority traffic we have disabled File Sharing for now. As soon as the link is back up and stable we'll open up file sharing again.

I am currently connected with a different range and have no difficulty. I have chatted with Afrihost and they are suspecting the it is a problem with the 196.210 range.

If possible, try to release your current IP. If restarting the router doesn't help, connect with the Telkom Guest account, then reconnect with your Afrihost/Axxess/openweb account. You should then be assigned a different IP to what you currently have - hopefully in a different range.
