Afrihost International Speed Issue

Is anyone else experiencing ridiculously slow international speeds on Afrihost (Fibre through Frogfoot)
Will attach speedtests for reference, I have 500mb up/down - Speedtest locally gets me great speeds, as soon as I switch to London.
I get between 3mb and 15mb (on a good day) - I am trying to make use of UK streaming services and it is impossible, I tried using a VPN to no avail, same issue.
what gives?

Probably packet loss somewhere, have you tried to do any iperfs at all?

@bryanbotha Yep it has been going on for a while and they are too proud to acknowledge they have a problem. This is on MFN 100Mbps.

They keep pushing it back to the FNO.
