I'm sorry to say Afri**** has gone to the dogs...

Utterly Utterly Pathetic incompetent people working there.

1. Oh our new service to you - we will call you back... Uhmmm 3 days later... Still waiting
2. WhatApp person... Should go back to school and learn proper communication skills...
3. Live Chat - What live chat... never connects!
4. '[email protected]' & '[email protected]'??? why have these mail accounts if you don't even reply to people's issues or complaints?
4. Afriguy cant even reply to a direct private message.
5. There is never someone in management to speak to... And when asking to speak to a manager they bluntly refuse and drop the call!!! Nice going!!
6. Had to drive to Afri**** Head Office in Rivonia twice, and had to make a huge scene to get help... Still was not allowed to see anyone in management.... But had to deal with two little arrogant dip****s from hosting... Trying to spin all sorts of stories...

Is something broken at AH or do they just have so many clients that they get more complaints than other ISP's? These kinds of posts are a daily thing now.

Migrated away from them today to Hetzner! So easy and quick!

It's to late now!!!... You can get top management to call me, So I can tell them to stick it where the sun don't shine!!!

I almost lost a client due to this bad service, worst part is I don't even use Afri**** as an ISP or hosting company. I had to act on behalf of our client!

I totally understand why you are upset given the circumstances. :( Myself and the reps are here to help you to try and sort these situations for you.
