Keep yourfor now and find the source of the problem first! Did you test another ISP account at all to cancel out last mile congestion? Did you test out the 4mb profile to cancel out being too far from the exchange for proper 10mb?
You probably need to lower your line speed then. If its not a reliable connection at full line speed then lowering it normally gets the stability back.

I tried it with my FNBConnect data and an openweb acc and they are both fine. I saw last night it was working fine. But this comes and go and i can only hope its gone forever![]()
Sometimes I just sit back and laugh. Everyone always blames their respective ISP's for the issues they are having - however fail to see that if it is only them having the issue, it is most likely not related to their ISP Whatsoever![]()
Guys - if you are having an issue, use this http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthread.php/576445-quot-Help-me-fix-my-internet-quot-report-tool and report back to this thread so we can see what the issue is. That is much for helpful than just flaming your ISP for issues that are most likely related to your line.
Erm ... If i am paying for it and its not working to my expectation who should i contact ? I contacted my service provider to resolve the issue. They didnt fix it thus i wrote here to see who else has had the same issue and how did they resolve it
