Hi, please oh please be honest and tell me I am not the first person who have raised this issue with your new live chat as I was asked colleagues to try and they got the same issues.

Every few seconds the browser will either crash or stop working due to your live chat.




I will replicate that issue in three browsers every single time so just ask if you want more proof.

I might add it happens more often in my firefox browser than in chrome, but I had the issue in chrome initially

I'm testing from my side, but I can't seem to crash the LiveChat window in either Firefox or Chrome...

Our Team is doing additional testing from our backend as well.

In the meantime, is there anything I can help with?

Well I'll be hairless baby's left tooth, I also tried again now and could not get it to crash.

So guess we can mark this thread as solved.

Regarding help, well tell Ruan to reply to my mail when he has some time as this cpanal expiration nonsense is costing us time.
