Guys is it just me or is the network terrible. Speed test shows all ok, router settings show I am on 4G. Cant download or watch movie. Anyone else have a problem?

Andriod TV BOX, always works perfectly.
File download speed @5-12kbps. Speed test. (from multiple sources)
Speed test however......
Ping: 20ms
Download: 16.23Mbps
Upload: 21.79Mbps

@Phillip0012 no not just you, Rain has been going downhill ever since they launched rain mobile. I sometimes get 3Mbps, max that is worse than my adsl line of 10 years back!!!! They are totaly oversubscribed!
