For a few days now, everytime I'm on mobile data, I struggle to do simple things like ordering an Uber, etc.

A few days ago, I struggled for 15 mins, restarted my phone twice before I could order an Uber in town.

The weird thing is my phone is online, I receive notifications, can email, etc., but somehow the traffic to/from Uber just doesn't want to work.

Is this on an LTE or mobile package?
