Afrihost - Metro Fibre

I have been having issue with my fibre connection since I moved over to Afrihost, everyday multiple times per day my fibre goes out, sometimes for a few minutes and sometimes for a few hours.
I have spoken to multiple support staff, and well they are always helpful, my support ticket for Metro just keeps being closed and marked as resolved and the support just reopens it.

Hi @Afrigirl, @AfriGuy . I have had no feedback from anyone regarding that ticket number. I have tried to reach out to support again and I get the usual run around.

I was told that ticket 585572 was again closed, and that no ONT replacement was ever requested.

I am still struggling with my connection, and now I have a new ticket number - 595216

I logged the request with the new ticket logged, and 585572 is closed.
I will push MFN on 595216
