Afrihost mobile app does not work on if not connected to wifi

Hi there. My Afrihost app does not work if not connected to wifi. It worked fine when I was on Vodacom, but since switching to Telkom Mobile is does not work if phone is using the cellular data network.

Any ideas?

That is definitely very strange. Are you running the most up to date version of the Afrihost App? If you are, can you perhaps try uninstalling it, then re-installing it from the Google Play store.

Ok, seems to only happen when roaming on MTN network with Telkom. When on Telkom network 3G then it works again. Strange as when I roam on MTN my data works fine including all my other apps. Just the Afrihost app that does not like it.

A bit off topic....AfriGenie, I subscribed to Afrihost Plus late last month, but does not seem I am getting my double data regardless. :-(

That is very strange, probably some sort of weird peering issue on the roaming configuration.

Could you please send me a PM with the username of the account that should have gotten the double data.
