Afrihost mobile app still sucks

Guess you can't you get anything right.
You advertised 10 days ago in the latest update to show daily usage, and in spite of 2 updates since then it's still not bloody working!

I am so sorry that the daily usage stats are not displaying on the App.
Our Dev team has confirmed that the issue is fixed but I understand that you are still not able to view your daily usage.

Can you drop me your clientzone username and give me your mobile device model and OS version it is running so we can investigate?

Mine also shows the same for my Rain Fixed LTE. The other Afrihost packages work correctly. The web versoin also does not show any details for the Rain package, but works for the Afrihost packages

No wonder people are fed up with endless communication nand no results from Afrihost. You people really need to start treating your clients than more than just numbers...

@AfriFella I did all of that and not a word from you since last Monday 15th July. Not that i expected any different....

Is that what you call great support/follow up though? Useless IMO.

He hasn't bothered to reply here or via PM which HE REQUESTED , even though has been active...
Does anyone need further proof of lip service. I think not.
 
Afrifella had a family emergency and has been on leave, I'm so sorry that you haven't had feedback on this but I'm here now. Unfortunately we don't have access to the data daily usage with the service that you have with us, we resell this product and don't have full control over this. Have you tried installing a bandwidth monitor which would give you a breakdown of your usage?
