Why does it take a weeks for back and forth and I still can't see my balances in the App or ClientZone? How many times does escalating something need to be done get it sorted out? Every day starts the same way. I reply to the previous day's email with "Still not sorted" followed by an agent phoning and asking me to dial the same USSD code that I just told them I had done. Let alone the 2 previous weeks to get the numbers to move from one account to the other. I'm then told it has been escalated. Next day, wash, rinse repeat,.....
I'm resorting to posting here in the hope that some public exposure may get someone to actually do something.
