So Afrihost is unable to help. I've noticed that data had been depleting from my account for a few months now but it has been hard to pinpoint the exact times.
This morning I've seen that almost 2GB of data had disappeared between 00h00 and 05h00 while my phone was connected to the wifi.
I know it will not be an exact match, but the phone states that approximately 13.2mb mobile data has been used since....that is a massive difference.
I am not getting any luck by contacting Afrihost, they are just telling me that I used the data and cannot advise me any further.
Any ideas on how to go about fixing this issue will be appreciated?
