Afrihost Mobile Data Support

My current ISP is Afrihost, but I must say when it comes to Customer Service and Support they (Afrihost) is very bad.
This morning I logged a support Ticket at 08h59. At 11h30 I have sent another followup regarding this ticket, because no reply or respond have been received yet.

It is now 14h17 and still no respond, which is more than 5hrs later.

I received a mail fro MyBroadband recently where it shows that they are No.11 out of 20 ISP's with regard to Customer Service.

Soon after that I have seen some correspondence where somebody (It could have been Gian) I can not remember that Afrihost is going to spend time to work on their Customer Service.

I am intending to move to Level7. I have a few friends and family in Centurion making use of them and they actually are very happy with the service they are receiving.

Quite sure their support is closed over the weekend.
Or is that just phone support?

Nope, as far as my knowledge Afrihost has 24/7 support. This morning I had another speed issue, but it rectified itself and that was answered. That ticket was at about 06h00 or so.
