Just as FYI.... did a sim swap on tuesday and afrihost apn kept working without need to reprovision. 2nd time it has worked for me without issues.

That is actually pretty awesome to hear! I'm not sure how that is possible, but it is awesome! :)
 
Afrihost

It looks like our SMTP server was blacklisted by a few Microsoft servers, we are working to get these de-listed as quickly as possible.

Could some body please give me a ETA for fixes this... its still broken this morning :(!

Most servers should be resolved - unfortunately we have a few SMTP boxes that need processing.
Are you still having issues?

Yes and I need to work emails needs to get send :( its Monday

Could you FW the relevant headers through to your team please? I can escalate from there and try and get the IPs unlisted a bit quicker for you.
 
Ordered a 500MB SIM for my sons tablet on 29th November. Because of really bad/slow/incompetent service I still haven't received my SIM. This is not what I am used to from Afrihost.

If it was not for Vusi Mbokazi and Braydon Harrington being exceptional in their work i would have just left it and moved my other account and future business somewhere else.

Thanks to Afriman for facilitating the switch-over to an LTE sim :).

Received delivery of the new SIM this morning, received notification sms's throughout the process which were handy and the courier was on time and organized.
Everything up and running although the speeds are much slower than my previously posted 3g speeds.

Not a big deal - I need to move the router around a bit and if I don't get it any better I can just switch back to 3g. Thanks again Afriman and all the other AH reps who are a pleasure to deal with. Hope you have a great holiday.

Play around with the location of your router and if you're still having some trouble, drop anyone of us a PM and we'll do our best to sort you out! :)

No I am still waiting, apparently it is at the couriers now after I was promised that it would be delivered on Monday, then on Monday promised it would be delivered today, today I am told by the couriers they will only deliver tomorrow. Maybe I should just have taken some time off work to go and collected it.

Our couriers usually deliver pretty quickly.

Hell. Huge improvement in my area re MTN signal and performance since we last spoke whereas CellC collapsed entirely. What to do to get provisioned for LTE?
