Afrihost Mobile - Missing Data and Airtime?

Yesterday I made a point of checking my balances and I had 286 MB data and R3.something airtime left. This morning I tried to do something on the phone and nothing so I connected to my house router to check balance on the mobile app and no data or airtime was left. I thought this strange as I didnt make any calls and was pretty sure I hadnt used 286 MB so I checked the logs on ClientZone and it states I used 65 MB yesterday and shows no calls in the logs either.


Any AfriRep want to have a go here please?
