Afrihost mobile uncapped data - no service

I am on the afrihost mobile data uncapped package. I have zero service since Friday / Saturday. Reset my router, changed APN back to default and to afrihost again. Nothing works. The router just refuses to connect to the network, and the service bars are all grey. Is this a widespread issue, or am I the only one with the issue?

I changed the simcard to a prepaid MTN simcard and loaded data, and this still works. So there's nothing wrong with my router or the MTN signal.
 
For more context, I reported it to the afrihost whatsapp service. The person / bot escalated it to MTN and to their LTE department, but nothing has been resolved. So I don't know what to do anymore. The same simcard doesn't work in a phone either. So it's not a router issue. And it is not an MTN signal issue. The issue must be with the specific service linked to the simcard number - and that is not something I can fix from my side. So where to now?
