Hi guys.

I have a Afrihost mobile Voice package, am I the only one that every month has to call in and request my new airtime to be loaded?

On the 1st of the month I always get my data but not my airtime?

*UPDATE*

I got a reply from the support team, and the news is disappointing: Apparently there is a new term that stated that if my airtime balance is higher than my airtime allocation I won't get airtime for that month.

Airtime will be allocated as soon as payment clears - if it's an issue every month something must be happening here. Drop me a PM with your details and I'll take a closer look at this for you.
