Afrihost modem

Hi

I have a huwawei afrihost branded wifi modem. I wanted to know if it would be possible to put another network sim in or is the software an issue? I know devices are not allowed to be network blocked...

Yes. Why Not? Prolly won't be able to use proprietary software. Where MDMA or pure dial-up comes in.

It's a wifi modem. So won't be plugging it in

Oh. Didnt get the WiFi bit. Had a Huawei (let me check, MiFi E5331) until recently from Afrihost. Didn't pose a problem. Change APN to internet. Should be ok.
